The North Dallas Urology Associates request your co-pay at the time of your visit and service and will gladly assist you in filing insurance claims. Please present your insurance information to our office staff at the time of your visit. If you are a new patient, of ir you are a current patient but have new insurance, please have the appropriate forms completed before, or at the time of, your visit.  Should your insurance carrier ultimately deny your claim and/or does not pay for the services rendered, you are still responsible for the bill incurred for the services performed. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (McKinney only) and Discover.
